Got this today after about three weeks of waiting. I'm horribly disappointed. The item was marked as damaged while still in Japan. I can tell because the label that says the item is damaged, is in Japanese. The item came with no liquid inside. There was a huge hole in the item yet no hole in the packaging, which means it was damaged before shipping. Please reimburse me for the item. This is the second time I've received damaged goods.
